On 1/17/15 officers were dispatched to the 500 block of S. Belmont for the report of a theft. Investigation is ongoing.
01-20-15 at approximately 10:51 AM. An Exeter couple reported that they were the victims of Identity theft and both had funds removed from their bank accounts. The incidents did not appear to be related and a fraud report was taken by Exeter P.D.
0819hrs: While on patrol a juvenile was contacted while walking in the 800 block of Visalia Rd. The juvenile and wad found to be in possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. The juvenile was taken to the PD for questioning and released to his mother.
0941hrs: I was dispatched to Wilson Middle School regarding burglary of a classroom. Suspect(s) forced entry into a classroom and took a “Play Station 3” system and video games. The loss was approximately $500.
1127hrs: I was contacted at the PD a victim , who reported a “Bank Fraud”. There were several transactions totaling over $1,000.
On 1-20-2015, Officers were dispatched to the 600 block of Kathleen Court for the report of a theft from a bank account. This report is currently under investigation.
On 1-21-2015, Officer conducted a warrant service for Jose Alberto Maldonado Galvez (4-21-1979, 35 YOA, HMA, 5-7, 180, blk, bro) in the 500 block of Miller. Galvez was arrested for his warrant an was charged with accessory for harboring a felon. Galvez was booked into TCSO Pre Trial Facility without incident.
Kristina Orta age 26 of Exeter was arrested in the 500 block of Miller St. for conspiracy and burglary. Orta was sought by Visalia P.D. for an ongoing investigation and was turned over to Visalia detectives. Orta is described as a WFA 504/135 Bro/Hzl D.O.B. 12-12-88
On 01-22-15 at approximately 1735 hrs., Officers responded to the 1400 block of Mary Ct in regards to the fraudulent use of a credit card. Upon arrival, the victim advised that her credit card number had
been stolen and used in multiple locations in Florida. Total estimated loss is approximately $1,105.79. This case is currently under investigation.
On 01-22-15 at approximately 1745 hrs., Officers responded to Kaweah and Whittier in regards to a traffic collision which had just occurred. Upon arrival, Officers arrested 46 year old Rosalba Rivera for driving a vehicle without a valid driver’s license. Rivera was cited and released at the scene with a promise to appear in court. She is described as a HFA, 502 in height, 131 pounds with brown hair/brown eyes. It should be noted that both vehicles in the traffic collision sustained major damage as a result of the collision.
On 1-23-15 officers performed a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 200 blk of S Chestnut. During the traffic stop officers contacted and arrested the driver for driving without a license. The driver Tina Subia is described as a HFA, 5-09 220lbs, Bro/Blk, with a DOB of 9-7-69. She was released with a citation and the vehicle was towed.
