On 10-05-2014 at approximately 1500 hours, officers with the Exeter Police Department served a search warrant at a residence in the 300 block of Crespi in regards to a theft investigation. As a result of the search warrant, officers recovered stolen property, a large amount of suspected methamphetamine, marijuana, paraphernalia, and prescription medication. Kimberley Griffin (09-20-70, 5’0”, 140, Bln, Blu) was arrested on charges of possession of stolen property, possession of controlled substance, possession of narcotic drug and possession of paraphernalia. Tracy Griffin (12-09-64, 5’11”, 185, Bro, Grn) was arrested on charges of cultivation of marijuana. Both subjects were booked into the Tulare County Pre-Trial Facility on these charges.
On 10-6-14 Officers were on patrol in the area of Maple and Belmont and located gang graffiti on the side of a residence. A report was taken and the graffiti was covered.
On 10-6-14 Officers were on patrol in the area of Firebaugh and I st and located gang graffiti on the side of an apartment complex. A report was taken and the graffiti was covered.
On 10-6-14 Officers were dispatched to a burglary that occurred over night in the 300 blk of S Quince. The burglary is being investigated.
On 10-6-14 Officers contacted and arrested Jose Alberto Maldonado Galvez for several warrants in the area of Joyner and Firebaugh. Galvez is described as a HMA, 5-07 180lbs, blk and bro, with a DOB of 4-21-79
On 10-7-14 Officers responded to the 400 blk of N F in regards to a theft of gasoline that occurred over the last three days. A report was taken.
On 10/08/14 Officers received a report of a stolen wallet. The wallet was taken while the victim was showing a residence to potential renters. This case is still under investigation.
10-11-14 at approximately 10:45 AM. Kevin Wayne Baker age 49 of Exeter was taken into custody by a Exeter P.D. K-9 team after being placed under arrest by a concerned citizen at the Exeter Fall festival parade. The citizen reported seeing Baker exposing and touching himself on the parade route. Officers determined Baker was also too intoxicated to care for his own safety. Baker was transported to the Tulare county jail and is described as a WMA 510/200 Bro/Hzl D.O.B 08-04-64
On 10/10/2014, Officers with the Exeter Police Department arrested Ricky Flynn (01-19-88, 6’00”, 200, Bro, Bro) in the 400 block of W. Palm for a felony warrant.
On 10/12/14, Officers with the Exeter Police Department arrested Henry Patrick (04/04/46,6’02”,190,Blu,Bro) on felony vandalism charges in the 100 block of N. Filbert.
On 10-9-14, Luis Quintero (1-14-92, 5’7, 150,Bro, Bro) was arrested in the 200 block of North F Street for an outstanding bench warrant. He was cited and released from the Exeter Police Department.
On 10-11-14, Kristyna Cain (5-10-84, 5’5, 140, Bro, Bro) was arrested in the 300 block of N Orange for an assault. She was cited and released from the Exeter Police Department.
On 10-11-14, Troy Hager (4-13-77, 5’10, 185, Bro, Bro) was arrested in the 300 block of North Orange for fighting in public. He was booked into the Tulare County Jail.
On 10-12-2014, Officers contacted Charles Dean Stephens ( 12-3-1957, 56YOA, 6-2, 210, bro, blu) in the 200 block of S B Street. Stephens was found to be driving his vehicle while intoxicated. He was arrested for DUI, resisting arrest and threatening to physical harm and Officer for performing his duties. He was later transported to TCSO Pre Trial Facility where he was booked.
On 10-12-2014, Officers responded to the 400 block of S I Street for the report of Domestic Violence. Officer investigated the alleged crime and found Marcial Reyes (3-26-86, 28YOA, 5-9, 185, bro, bro) to have physically harmed (Confidential) by asphyxiating her. Reyes had fled the scene prior to Officers arrival and was later found. He was arrested for Domestic corporal injury, child endangerment, and terrorist threats.
On 10/14/14 Officers received a report of a stolen bicycle. The bicycle was taken from in front of the Pink Ladies Thrift Shop. The bicycle is a teal Schwinn beach cruiser with white wall tires, a black seat, and black grips. This case is still under investigation.
On 8-15-14 Officers contacted and arrested Nicole Malone in the 300 blk of Walnut for possession of stolen property after she was contacted on a stolen bicycle. She is described as a WFA, 5-06 115, bln Hzl, with a DOB of 10-7-80. During her arrest officers also located controlled substance on her person.
On 8-16-14 Officers contacted Juan Cruz during a traffic stop in the area of Belmont and Firebaugh. He was arrested and released with a promise to appear for driving on a suspended license. He is described as a HMA, 5-01 120, Bro Blk, with a DOB of 2-14-59.
On 10-15-14 at approximately 1000 hrs, two Parkpre brand mountain bikes, one purple and one pink, were reported stolen from the 200 block of Portola. The estimated loss was valued at approximately $400.00. Subsequent investigation led to the purple mountain bike being located and a search warrant obtained for the residence. Scott Donald Fought was later arrested for possession of stolen property. The pink colored mountain bike is still missing and the investigation is still in process
On 10/15/14 Officers responded to the 200 block of east Willow regarding a theft. The victim had a package delivered by mail. The package was taken before the victim arrived home. This case is still under investigation.
On 10/13/14 Officers responded to a call of a man in a residence. After further investigation Nichole Campbell (12-24-82, 5-3, 300, Hazel, Brown) was arrested for H&S 11550; under the influence of a controlled substance. Campbell was taken into custody and later booked at the Tulare County Pre-Trial.
On 10/17/14 a search warrant was conducted by members of the TCSO Narcotics unit including members of INET, and with the assistance of parole agents from CDC, and members of the Exeter Police Department, at 334 Walnut, in the City of Exeter. Multiple people were detained during the search and 3 arrests were made. During the search, officers located a total of 5.16grams of methamphetamine, 5.46grams of honey oil, 1.86grams of black tar heroin , 22.06grams of marijuana and other associated drug paraphernalia.

Efrain Oseguera Jr. DOB 12/27/82;for H&S 11378, H&S 11366 and H&S 11350.
Maribel Jimenez DOB 07/15/80; for H&S 11377, and H&S 11364.
Christopher Trinidad Soto DOB 08/17/93; for H&S 11377.
All arrestees were photographed and transported to Bob Wiley Detention Facility where they were booked on their charges.
On 10-18-2014 at approximately 1645 hours, an officer with the Exeter Police Department recognized Gilbert Rodriguez (05-26-70, 6’00”, 260, Bro,Bro) in the Save Mart parking lot and knew Rodriquez to have a warrant for his arrest. Rodriguez was arrested and booked on two warrants. One was for child molestation with a bail of $450,000 and the other for theft with a bail of $10,000.
On 10-18-2014 at approximately 2051 hours, officers with the Exeter Police Department were dispatched to the 300 block of Peach for a report of someone shooting in the area. Officers arrived in the area and began contacting witnesses. Evidence of a shooting was located in the area however no victims or suspects were immediately identified. The case is still being investigated.
On 10-19-2014 at approximately 0059 hours, officers with the Exeter Police Department were dispatched to the 300 block of N. Filbert regarding a male subject behaving oddly. The subject was said to be yelling at buildings. Once officers arrived in the area, the subject fled on foot. He was apprehended a short distance later without incident. Jarrett Wilson (10-16-81, 6’04”, 257, Bln, Blu) was arrested and booked on charges of public intoxication and trespassing on railroad property.
On 10/17/2014 Exeter Police Officers and members of the Alcohol Beverage Control (ABC) conducted an undercover decoy operation within the city of Exeter.
A total of 12 Businesses were contacted for a compliance check and there were no sales of an Alcoholic Beverage made to the Minor Decoy. In addition to these contacts, several citizens were contacted to see if they would purchase Alcohol for the Minor Decoy. There were no purchases made for the Minor. One citizen was reported to have advised the store clerk to contact the Police due to a minor attempting to purchase Alcohol through patrons of the business.
