On 9-7-14 officers were dispatched to the 300 blk of Jacobs place for an out of control juvenile. The juvenile was arrested for a vandalism and booked into Tulare County Juvenile Detention Facility

 

On 09/04/14 Officers received a report of a Fraud.  The victim has been receiving calls stating that she has a package that needs to be delivered.  The suspect continues calling asking for money for the package.  This case is still under investigation.

 

On 09/04/14 Officers received a report of a Fraud.  The victim stated a subject called claiming he was from Edison and that her power to her business would be shut off due to no payment.  The victim was provided a number to call and provide a money card number.  The victim contacted Edison and was advised that they did not contact her.  This case is still under investigation. 

 

09-09-14 at approximately 7:23 PM Anthony Gonzalez age 47 of Exeter was contacted in a rear yard located in the 300 block of N. Quince. As Officers attempted to serve several warrants for his arrest he attempted to flee and was taken into custody by an Exeter P.D. K-9 team. Gonzalez was subsequently arrested for resisting, delaying and obstructing officers. Gonzalez is described as a HMA 511/190 Blk/Bro D.O.B. 03-20-67. He was booked into the Tulare County Jail.

 

On Tuesday, September 9, 2014, Exeter Police Officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the area of Visalia Rd. and Anderson Rd. for multiple California Vehicle Code violations. Throughout the investigation, Officers discovered the driver, Nickolas Alvarez (01-14-1987, 505, 155, Brn, Brn) was operating the motor vehicle with a suspended or revoked license. Nickolas was cited for the violations and his vehicle was towed.

 

On Wednesday, September 10, 2014, Officers with the Exeter Police Department responded to a vehicle verse pedestrian traffic accident. Throughout the investigation, the victim was unable to recall any information about the incident and did not want to tell Officers where the incident occurred. Officers attempted to locate the location of the incident but could not find it at this time. The victim was extremely uncooperative throughout the entire investigation.

 

10-10-14 at approximately 6:00 PM. A Exeter resident reported that a bicycle was stolen from the alleyway in the 200 block of W. Chestnut. A theft report was taken by Exeter P.D.

 

On 09/13/14, Officers were dispatched to multiple residences in the city of Exeter, for reports of vehicle vandalism.  All victim’s stated sometime overnight between 1930 hours on 09/12/14 and today, an unknown suspect(s) threw rocks from a moving white mini-van, causing damage to multiple vehicles that were parked in the roadway.  All  statements were similar in nature and were determined likely to be related to one another.  All cases are still under investigation .
