Press Releases

 

On 7-20-14 at approximately 0035 hours Officers were dispatched to an intoxicated subject down in the 500 block of Davis. During the call officers discovered the juvenile had just left a party in the area. Officers contacted the resident, Victor Perez, and arrested him for 7 counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor and 15 counts of supplying alcoholic beverages to a person under 21. Perez is described as a HMA, 5-10 175 lbs, bro bro, with a DOB of 12-15-95. He was booked into Tulare County Main Jail.

 

07-21-14 at approximately 7:00 PM. A business in the 100 block of S “E” St. reported two juveniles entered the store and took goods without paying. The juveniles were captured on surveillance footage and the theft is under investigation by Exeter P.D.

 

On 07/21/14 Martin Lemus was contacted during a traffic stop.  Lemus was found to have an outstanding bench warrant for his arrest.  Lemus (5/8/86, Blk, Bro, 5-8, 130) was taken into custody for the warrant.  Lemus was later taken to the Tulare County Main Jail where he was booked without incident. 

 

On 7-22-2014, Officer responded to the area of Belmont and Maple for two individuals swimming in the ditch West of Belmont.  Officer arrived on scene and contacted Susan Myers (6-26-1957, 57 YOA, WFA, 5-10, Gry, Blu)  and Francisco Valencia (10-19-1974, 47 YOA, IMA, 5-9, 150, blk, bro).  both Myers and Valencia were found to be intoxicated to the point they were unable to care for themselves.  Myers required the assistance of Tulare County Fire to remove her from the ditch as she was unable to exit the ditch.  They were both arrested and transported to Exeter Police Department where they were processed for booking.  Valencia was transported to Tulare County Main Jail without further incident.  Myers was transported to Tulare County Pre Trial without further incident. 

 

07-23-14 at approximately 9:02PM. Jerardo Robledo age 30 of Exeter, was arrested by Exeter P.D. for a felony warrant issued for various weapons charges. Robledo was booked into the Tulare county jail and is described as a HMA 507 / 290

Blk / Bro D.O.B. 08-06-83

 

An Exeter juvenile was arrested on two counts of burglary resulting from a theft investigation that occurred at a business on south “E” St. The juvenile was booked into the Tulare county juvenile detention facility. The investigation is ongoing as another juvenile involved in the theft,  has yet to be identified.

 

07-25-14 at approximately 04:44 AM. An Exeter resident in the 300 block of S. Quince reported that an unknown subject broke two windows out of his residence. The incident is being investigated by Exeter P.D.

 

 

Joshua Ronald Gallion (2-14-80 34) was arrested in the 300 block of South D Street for two active warrants. He was booked into the Tulare County Main Jail on the warrants.

 

On 7-26-14 officers conducted a traffic stop in the area of Maple and First street. Officers discovered the subject had a suspended driver’s license. He was arrested for driving with a suspended drivers license and was later released with a promise to appear. The driver, Eric Gragg, is described as a WMA, 6-00 205lbs, bro bro, with a DOB of 3-15-94.
