Street. Efrain Oseguera, (12-27-82, 31, 6’2, 200, Bro Bro) was arrested for an assault with a deadly weapon. He was booked into the Tulare County Jail.
On 9/19/14 at approximately 2150 hrs Officer’s were dispatched to 601 N. B ST for the report of Juveniles possibly being on the roof of the Church. Upon arrival Officers used the PA system to call the juveniles down from the Church roof. The juveniles advised Officer’s that 3-4 more individuals were still on the roof and supplied their names. Officers located 3 individuals walking south on B St. who had the same names as those on the roof and were believed to have been involved. Officers contacted the three individuals and were meet with hostility two subjects were arrested.
On 9-21-14 officers were dispatched to the 300 blk of S Orange in regards to an altercation. Officers arrived and discovered that an elderly female had been assaulted by her grandson, who had fled the residence. Officers also located ammunition in the grandson’s bedroom, who is a convicted felon. Officers took a report and have forwarded the report to the DA’s office for filing.
On 9-15-14 Officers responded to the 600 block of Emperor St. regarding a residential burglary. The victim’s door in the back of the residence leading into the garage was damaged. The door from the house to the garage was pried open and entry was made into the residence. Nothing appeared to be missing at this time. This case is still under investigation.
On 09-15-14 Officers received a call regarding a vehicle being tampered with. The victim stated she found a white powdery substance in her gas tank and her vehicle was not running correctly. This case is still under investigation.
On 09-16-14 Officers received a report of a stolen vehicle. The vehicle was taken from the 400 block of north E St. during the night. This case is still under investigation.
On 09-16-14 Officers arrested Nathan Valentino (3/27/92, 6-1, 150, Bro, Blk) for theft from the Rite Aid. The property was returned to Rite Aid.
On 09-17-14 Officers responded to the 100 block of Third St. regarding a theft of grapes. A truck was loaded with a shipment of grapes worth approximately $3,800.00. The driver of the truck provided false information. This case is still under investigation.
On 09-18-14 Officers received a report of a fraud. The victim received multiple phone calls from a male claiming to work for the IRS. The subject told the victim he owed money for tax fees. The victim provided $1,000.00 to the subject over the telephone. This case is still under investigation.
On Monday, September 22, 2014, Officers with the Exeter Police Department were dispatched to the 100 block of South “C” Street in regards to a verbal altercation. Alfred Castro( 10-19-79, 507,240,Blk, Bro)was subsequently arrested for domestic violence and resisting arrest amongst other charges. .
On Tuesday, September 23, 2014, Officers with the Exeter Police Department contacted Cristobal Lemus (05-03-68, 506,170,Bro,Blk) at Dobson Field. Upon running his name through our database, Officer’s learned that Lemus had a misdemeanor warrant for battery. Lemus was taken into custody without incident and later released with a court date.
On 9-24-2014, Officers were dispatched to the 800 block of Monarch Ct for a verbal argument between a male and female. Upon arrival Officers found Mark Figueroa (6-9-89, 25 YOA, 5-7, 192, Bro, Bro) who was wanted for a previous, recent, domestic violence case. Figueroa was arrested and transported to TCSO Pre Trial without incident.
On 09-24-2014 Officers with the Exeter Police Department contacted Ashley Braaten (11-18-94, 5’00”, 110, Blu, Bld) near the intersection of Firebaugh and S. “E” St. While searching her backpack, Officers located marijuana. Ashley was cited for the marijuana.
On 09-24-2014, Officers with the Exeter Police Department contacted Donald Romero (04-29-1965, 504, 160, Bro, Blk) near the intersection of Sequoia and Filbert. While searching Donald, Officers located a small bindle of Marijuana. Donald was cited out for the marijuana.
On 09-24-2014, Officers with the Exeter Police Department attempted to conduct a traffic stop on Javier Robles (12-30-1978, 506, 210, Bro, Blk) for being on a cellular device while driving. Javier led Officers on a short pursuit before stopping. Officers determined Javier was driving under the influence and arrested for evading police officers, DUI and a warrant.
