On 7-20-15 at approximately 1550 Hrs. Exeter Officers made contact with Mark Anthony Rhodes, DOB: 8-25-96, 18 years of age, 5’8”, 125 Lbs., brown hair and eyes, at his Exeter residence regarding three outstanding warrants for his arrest. All three warrants, one felony with no bail, one Misdemeanor with a $25,000 bail and one misdemeanor/ infraction with a $403.00 Bail were confirmed as active via Tulare County Sheriff Records and were served. Rhodes was taken into custody and transported to the Exeter Police Department for processing. Rhodes was subsequently transported and booked into the Tulare County Pre-Trial Facility to await Court.
On 07/21/15 a cell phone was taken from the 100 block of North H St. The phone was recovered later that night. This case is still under investigation.
On 07/23/15 Officers responded to the 300 block of south Quince regarding a residential burglary. A television and jewelry was taken from the residence. This case is still under investigation
On 7-24-2015, Officers contacted Rene Rivas (6-17-1987, 28 YOA, HMA, 5-7, 190, blk, bro) in the 300 block of W Willow. Rivas was found to have two outstanding warrants for his arrest. He was also found to have a small amount of methamphetamine on his person. Rivas was booked into TCSO Pre Trial Facility on his warrants and possession charges.
On 7-24-2015, Officers were contacted at the Exeter Police Department regarding possible identity theft. The victim in this case had an account with AT&T opened without her consent. This case is currently under investigation.
This past week 15 residents were cited for violating the the Watering ordinance. The fine for the first offense is $100.00
