On 09/28/14 at approximately 1330 hours, Officers were made aware of a missing person who resided in the 100 block of North Quince.
On 09/29/14 at approximately 0755 hours Officers were dispatched to the 600 block of Vine St. regarding vehicle vandalism. The ignition of the vehicle was tampered with and damaged. This case is still under investigation.
On 9-29-2014, Officers contacted Josh Gilbert (8-17-1986, 27 YOA, 6-2, 170, WMA, bro, blu) in the area of Filbert and Prospect. Gilbert was found to be under the influence of a controlled substance. He was arrested and transported to the Exeter Police Department where he was photographed, fingerprinted, and issued an Agreement to Appear. He was later released to a responsible adult without further incident.
On 9-29-2014, Officer were contacted by Kristina Orta (12-12-1988, 25 YOA, 5-4, 135, bro, hzl) in the 500 block of Village. Orta was found to have an active Felony warrant for her arrest. She was arrested and transported to Exeter PD where she was processed for booking. She was later Booked into TCSO Pre Trial facility without incident.
On 09-29-14 at approximately 1126 hrs, Officers responded to the Stag Saloon in regards to a patron whom was refusing to leave the premises. Gilbert Landers was contacted at the Stag Saloon in regards to him disturbing the peace. He was told to leave the area and to not bother anyone else. As A-1 was leaving the area, he stopped into the Vallarta's Mexican Restaurant and started bothering patrons. As A-1 was contacted inside of the restaurant. He refused to leave and had to be physically extricated from the premises. A-1 Landers resisted arrest by attempting to pull away from Officers as they were extricating him from the restaurant. He was arrested for disturbing the peace and resisting arrest. He is described as a WMA, DOB: 10-20-55, Height: 507, Weight 175, Hair: Brown, Eyes: Brown.
On 10-02-14 at approximately 0630 hrs, a resident in the 200 block of S D St caught a male suspect in her back yard. The suspect was exiting her work shop and wearing dark clothing. The suspect was carrying a back pack which appeared to be full. The suspect was startled by the victim and jumped the back fence heading in an unknown direction. It is unknown at this time if any property was taken. This case is currently under investigation.
On 10-02-14 at approximately 1124 hrs, Officers responded to the 600 block of Blossom Ct in regards to a theft of roofing materials. Two separate construction sites were victimized sometime between Monday and last night. The loss is estimated at approximately $1500.00. This crime is currently under investigation.
