08-21-15 at approximately 10:55 PM. Two Exeter residents reported they were robbed at gun point by two suspects in the 100 block of S. “G” St. The incident is under investigation by Exeter P.D.
On 8/14/15 Identity theft was report to the Exeter Police Department. The victim stated unknown suspect(s) obtained their personal identifying information to obtain credit. This case is currently under investigation by the Exeter Police Department.
On 8/14/15 Officers responded to a residence in the 400 block of Sycamore for a report of battery. Officers contacted juvenile who stated he was involved in an altercation with an adult family member, which became physical. All involved parties were contacted and no injuries were sustained. This case has been forwarded to the Tulare County District Attorney’s Office.
On 8/15/15 three reports of thefts from vehicles were reported to the Exeter Police Department. The victims stated wallets had been stolen from within their unlocked vehicles at the Exeter Memorial Building. This case is currently under investigation by the Exeter Police Department.
On 8/15/15 a vandalism was reported to the Exeter Police Department. The victim stated his vehicle had been vandalized while parked at a family members residence in the 400 block of Sycamore. This case is currently under investigation by the Exeter Police Department.
On 8/21/15 Officers contacted Terry Smith (DOB 10/7/54, 5-9, 160 lbs, gray/blu) regarding two outstanding warrants for his arrest. Smith was processed at the Exeter Police Department and later released with an agreement to appear in court.
On 8/22/15 Officers responded to a residence in the 800 block of Cedar street for a report of domestic violence. During their investigation, Officers learned the suspect had entered the residence and assaulted the victim. This case is currently under investigation by the Exeter Police Department.
On 8/22/15 a theft of a bicycle was reported to the Exeter Police Department. The victim reported the bicycle; a white Diamondback, was stolen from a residence in the 400 block of Lenox. This case is currently under investigation by the Exeter Police Department
On 8-23-2015, Officers conducted a traffic stop in the 300 block of W Chestnut. The driver of the vehicle, Jaron Hirsh (4-18-89, 26 YOA, WMA, 5-7, 165, bro, bro) was found to be driving while on a suspended license. He was arrested and issued a citation. He was later released at the scene and the vehicle was towed.
On 8-23-2015, Officers contacted Alfred Gomez (6-23-1980, 36 YOA, HMA, 5-9, 320 bro, bro) in the 400 block of N Orange. Gomez was found to have two outstanding warrants for his arrest. He was arrested and later booked into TCSO Pre Trial Facility without incident.
08-23-15 at approximately 9:11 PM. Robert Sanchez age 37 of Exeter was arrested and released with a promise to appear for a misdemeanor warrant, in the 100 block of N. “E” St. Sanchez is described as a HMA 501/120 Blk/Bro D.O.B. 12-02-78
On 8/27/15, at 1735 hours Exeter Officers were dispatched to 448 S. G Street regarding a residential burglary. Suspect(s) unknown entered the residence and took several electronic items totaling $1,900 in value.
On 8/28/15, at approximately 2158 hours Exeter PD units responded to the 100 block of Bryant in Exeter regarding a disturbance. On arrival Martin Jacobo was observed being held down on the ground by family members due to being intoxicated and combative. Jacobo was taken into custody for public intoxication and being unable to care for himself and others. Jacobo was later transported to a local hospital for further evaluation. Jacobo was given a citation to appear in court.

On 8-29-15 at approximately 1930 Hrs. Exeter Officers made an enforcement traffic stop on a black Honda Accord on G Street at Palm for a license plate violation. The driver, Corina Llamas, 22 years of age, Date of birth 9-27-92, 5’1”, 150 Lbs, brown hair and eyes, of Farmersville was found to be driving unlicensed, a misdemeanor California Vehicle Code violation. Llamas was cited and released in the field on a misdemeanor arrest. The vehicle was impounded for 30 days pursuant to EPD policy and State law.
On Saturday, 8-29-15 at approximately 2151 Hrs. Exeter officers made a traffic enforcement stop for a speeding violation of Visalia Rd. at Albert Ave. The driver, Abigail Moreno, 19 years of age, DOB: 8-27-96, 5’2”, 180 Lbs. black hair and brown eyes, of Lindsay, was found to be driving unlicensed, a misdemeanor vehicle code violation. Moreno was arrested and cited at the scene for that violation, as well as the speeding violation. The vehicle was impounded for 30 days pursuant to EPD policy and State law.
On 08/29/15 Officers contacted Arturo Estrada Pena during a traffic stop in the area of Firebaugh @ Filbert. During the contact, it was discovered that Pena did not have a valid driver’s license. Pena was subsequently arrested then cited and released with a promise to appear citation for being in violation on CVC 12500, driving without a valid license.

On 08/30/15 at approx. 0118hrs., Officers contacted William Jesse Steenbergen in the 100 block of S E. Street. During the contact, Steenbergen was found to be in possession of a controlled substance. Steenbergen was arrested and taken to EPD for further processing. Steenbergen was photographed then cited and released with a promise to appear citation.
